i cant login my account

Helo sir,
today i bought 3 domains all paid but on verification , then i paid 53 euro as prepay by papal after that i cant login my account user name password are as good as my name but after prepay fill i just cant login ,
then i asked for my details by my email then i am shocked to see that they changed my user name LWS-xxxxx3 to LWS-xxxxx4 but password same then i login with new one
LWS-xxxxx4 the i am totally shocked again that there is no domains of account balance in knew account ?please help me

http://avito.fr/ was the domain i success fully registered on 16 jan and
http://downparadise.fr/
http://aristos.fr/
http://cheathackbot.fr/ was order yesterday with also prepay balance of 53 euro
its so bad that today http://downparadise.fr/ was taken some body else

j'ai fait une action pour résoudre ce souci de connexion à votre espace client LWS, toutefois je vous inviterai à prendre contact avec notre service commercial depuis le site lws.fr rubrique "contact" pour les domaines non activés.

ok finally i login in my account but three domain still in pending also there is no pre balance there showing 0 euro also i cant understand french i have all the paypal payment details of prepay
now i buy aristos.fr from namecheap.com i after sending payment from paypal the domain is now in my account in one second please tell me the way that i immediately buy from lws.fr
